Bright Haven Child Care Center

• Removal of all jewelry (necklaces, bracelets, dangling earrings, etc) is required prior to check-in.

• Bottles with nipples & lids

• Weekly supply of diapers and wipes, provided every Monday.

• Diaper cream (*Medication form required)​

• Pacifiers

  • Must be stored in contamination prevention container and have no attachments.​

• Teething Devices - if child requires.

• Toilet training diapers or pants and wipes.

• No-lace shoes and socks

• Extra clothing (especially socks)

• Rain coats and winter jackets

• Blanket for quiet stay (may be stored at center during the week).

• Food - if child requires.

• Leak-proof, easy-to-use Water Bottle - to stay at center.​

  • Should be labeled and appropriate.​

• Sunscreen - we ask sunscreen be applied prior to check-in.

• Medication - 3 day supply if possible.​ (*Medication form required)​​

  • We prefer your child receives any/all medication outside of their time with us.
