Join Us On Brightwheel!
To keep things simple and secure, our center uses the Brightwheel platform for all parent communications, updates, and documentation. Before beginning the enrollment process, you’ll be prompted to create a Brightwheel account. This ensures you stay connected with us every step of the way — from daily updates to important announcements. By clicking 'Submit Inquiry Form', our school code will automatically be applied to your account.

Registration and Tuition
Registration Fee: A one-time, non-refundable registration fee of $80 is required per child to reserve a spot in our program. This fee holds your child's placement and covers enrollment processing and materials. A 50% discount is available for each additional sibling enrolled.

Payment is due on the 1st of each month and considered late after the 3rd (or the next business day if the 3rd falls on a weekend).

An additional $35 late fee will be added to any unpaid balance. ​

Payments not made within three business days may result in the suspension of care until the account is current.​

Monthly rates are based on the child's age group & contracted schedule and do not account for absences, holidays, and vacations occurring during their scheduled care.​

Our preferred payment method is through Brightwheel (our automated payment system). However we also accept: cash, check, Venmo, Zelle.

We also partner with Working Connections Child Care (WCCC) and the Military Fee Assistance Program (MCCYN).​

*For families using WCCC: care can begin ONLY after subsidy approval is confirmed. If state coverage is denied or ends, parents/guardians are responsible for the cost of care not provided by the subsidy. ​​

*For families using MCCYN: parents/guardians will need to pay tuition upfront to Bright Haven each month, as MCCYN pays after tuition is due. When payment is received from MCCYN, credit is applied to your account towards future tuition.​
